Do you provide International delivery?
Yes we do ship to worldwide, please make sure you're shopping on the best site for you by selecting your shipping destination at checkout.
For further information please refer to the international delivery section. If you can't find the country you live in within our table, unfortunately we do not currently deliver to where you live. We are adding new delivery destinations all the time so please check back soon.
OTHER INFORMATION:
All orders are shipped from Singapore or Indonesia, sometimes some shipments may be delayed due to the stock position may be present in one of these countries. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been despatched.
Please allow an extra working day for deliveries during Singapore and Indonesia Public Holidays.

Who are your couriers?
We use JNE Regular Delivery Service for deliveries within Indonesia, to track your order click here and use the tracking number provided in your despatch email. 
We use EMS Standard Delivery Service for our International deliveries. Once your parcel has reached your country it will be delivered by your local postal service. Click here to track these parcels which are delivered by EMS.
 
Standard delivery period:
International standard delivery usually arrives within 7-14 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
National standard delivery usually arrives within 4-7 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Sometimes it may takes longer to deliver the merchandise due to large number of orders we received and each order must go through the queue.
 
Express delivery period:
Express delivery orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 10:00 AM (GMT +8) will usually arrive within 3-4 business days from the shipped date for international delivery, and 1-2 days for national delivery. Please allow 1-2 days handling time.
Additional charges apply for Express Shipping. Please contact our Customer Care team for Express delivery service.

Can I request my order to be shipped in a bundle?
If you wish to get all your items in one package, then forward the request to our Customer Care with the order number. It may take additional days to prepare the entire order, and items will be dispatched once all are ready.
 
How is international shipping rate calculated?
Shipping rate will be calculated based on the weight of the parcel and destination country.
 
Will I have to pay customs?
Most international shipments are charged for custom fees. Since every country has different customs criteria, it is very difficult to know the cost up-front. Please be aware that your package might be charged with tariff, in case of return due to unpaid charges, they will be refunded with deduction of original shipping fee.
 
My country is not included in the list in the check-out page, how can I place an order?
Please contact our Customer Care, we will be more than happy to assist you placing an order.
Standard EMS service is not offered to some countries, they need to be shipped via EMS PREMIUM. Therefore, additional shipping cost will be charged for such orders. Please go to this link for the list of countries we ship to.
 
How long does it usually take for me to receive my items?
It usually takes 7 to 14 working days for customers to receive the items (from the date of purchase). Once package is dispatched, it takes about 3-10 days to arrive at your doorsteps.
Tracking number is issued once package leaves the warehouse and arrival dates may also depend on customs of destination country, so please keep track of the items using tracking number issued. In case of delay, we are advising buyers through e-mail so please have this in mind.
 
Item seems to be damaged during delivery, what should I do?
All Kakuu Basic items are carefully packed, each items being wrapped in separate plastic bags.
If items are damaged due to broken parcel, then, please contact your local post office or responsible courier first.
File a report to get compensation and contact our Customer Care for supporting documents to carry on an investigation. Only requests received within 3 days of delivered date will be accepted.
Your order will be handled under following procedures:
① You will be asked to post photos of the defected item through e-mail
② Return the item and send us the receipt of the return cost, which will later be refunded
③Return cost will be refunded to you in accordance with the payment method that has been made. NOTE:  If you request to get a different option (size or color) other than what you first ordered, then, it will be considered as exchange due to change of mind therefore shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
NOTE:  Even for defected shipped items, they'll not be accepted if item shows signs of use.
 
I received an item that I did not order. What should I do to get item that I ordered?
We aim to get your order right every time but we do occasionally make mistakes. If we sent you the wrong item, please contact our Customer Care within 3 days of delivered date.
Include pictures of the item / order list and send to our e-mail.
We will assist you to get a replacement and related extra cost will be borne by Kakuu Basic.
If you request to get a different option (size or color) other than what you first ordered, then, it will be considered as exchange due to change of mind so shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Your order will be handled under following procedure:
① You will be asked to send photos of the wrongly shipped item through e-mail
② Return the item and send us the receipt of the return cost, which will later be refunded
③Return cost will be refunded to you in accordance with the payment method that has been made
NOTE:  Even for wrong shipped items, they'll not be accepted if item shows signs of use.
 
My order status says it has been delivered, but I still haven't received my package. What should I do?
All packages are issued with tracking numbers. Please go to ‘My Account’, click on View Order Status and then click on View Order Details button. You can find the corresponding order number to view tracking number.
On our system, status is automatically updated as "Shipped" after a week of dispatch.
If you failed to receive your package within 4 days, please check recent status and if the package has been forwarded to a different person or to the wrong address, please contact our Customer Care as well as the local post office. In some cases, packages may be held at customs for tariff.

My order is late
To track your delivery please click here. Please note that your order can arrive at any time between 7am and 9pm on your delivery date, however, our couriers will deliver later in the evening during busier periods.
Most packages will reach their destination within one week (Regional addresses) to two weeks (International addresses), however, some destinations may require additional time allowed for packages to arrive.

As most packages will reach their destination within two weeks, we are unable to query your package before this time. If this time has passed and you have still not received your package please contact our Customer Care.
