+ What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment:
+ How do I know if my payment went through successfully?
Once payment is made, transaction details are sent through e-mail from both Payment Gateway (2CHECKOUT if you pay using credit card method/ PAYPAL if you pay using Paypal method) and Kakuu Basic. Our email includes the list of items you have purchased.
For bank transfer payment method, you will receive transaction details confirmation by email from Kakuu Basic. You will need to notify us upon completing the payment by sending us ‘Message’ through ‘Your Account’ at KakuuBasic.com
+ When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged once you have completed the payment.
Please note that once credit card authorization is received, depending on your bank, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days. Please check your bank's policy. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. KakuuBasic reserves the right to request additional identification. If necessary, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
+ What if my credit card is denied?
You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You'll have the opportunity to enter a new card number if this happens.
+ I was unable to pay, what can I do?
In case you're using Paypal, E-checks are not accepted.
When using credit card, you need to check following or contact the card issuing bank for more details.
1) Credit card should be approved for online use
2) Some credit cards can only be used within the country issued
3) In case of exceeding monthly limit, payment not accepted
4) If the card holds records of chargeback cases, transaction may be blocked
5) Card holder's information must match with the buyer information
